RETURN POLICY
Ehrart's Jewelers is committed to making you jewelry purchase a memorable experience. If for any reason you ar dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our Return and Exchange policy.
We offer no chash refund, but gladly make exchanges within 30 days of sale purchase date, with original receipt only.
Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories.
Special order, custom made and custom altered jewelry are not refundable.
All sales of pre-owned merchandise or jewelry are final.
Repairs
All repair articles must be picked up and payment remitted within 90 days of the repair being complete. After 90 days, the article(s) are no longer the responsibility of Ehrhart's Jewelers. Ehrhart's does not agree to purchase, compensate or otherwise reimburse clients for articles left over 90 days for theft, fire or mysterious disappearance, Clients will receive a letter stating status of the abandoned article.
